1. Return Window

Items may be returned within a 14–21-day return window from the delivery date.

After 21 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

All original tags must be attached

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

Underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Accessories (earrings, hats, etc.)

Gift cards

Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability).

If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly
